Wilmington University Women’s Volleyball Instructional Camp

The Wilmington University Women’s Volleyball Instructional Camp is ideal for players who intend to strengthen their volleyball fundaments and learn high-level strategies and concepts. It is a three-day event that will run from August 1 until August 3. Additionally, this training program is open to all girls in grade 8 up to grade 12 and will take place at the Wilmington College campus. Its daily schedule is set to start at 9:00 AM and end at 3:30 PM. Moreover, the training program will immerse the participants in the methods that the Wilmington University women’s volleyball team is using. It will be a fun and challenging experience.

Wilmington University, formerly Wilmington College, is a private, coeducational, non-profit, research university in New Castle, Delaware. It is a member of the Middle States Commission on Higher Education as well as the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities. Furthermore, the university programs have accreditations from their respective accreditation bodies. Its College of Education has an accreditation from National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education. The College of Business has International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education accreditation. The College of Health Professions has Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education accreditation. And, its College of Social and Behavioral Sciences has a  Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs accreditation. In athletics, Wilmington University fields 14 intercollegiate sports teams in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference of NCAA Division II. Their nickname is Wildcats.

 

Wilmington University Women’s Volleyball Instructional Camp Organizers

The head coach of the Wilmington University Wildcats women’s volleyball team is Kim Huggins-Habbert. She is the 1995 Delaware Interscholastic Volleyball Coaches Association Coach of the Year awardee. In addition, Coach Huggins-Habbert is a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and secondary education graduate from James Madison University. She is also a master’s degree in school counseling graduate from Wilmington University. Then, the Wildcats volleyball assistant coach is Ross Barlow. He is a master’s of education in science curriculum graduate from the University of Delaware. Finally, Alex Siolos is the graduate assistant coach.
