Laura Neugebauer-Groff is the head coach of the University of Texas San Antonio Roadrunners women’s volleyball program. She is the 2014 Conference USA Coach of the Year awardee. Coach Neugebauer-Groff is also the 2000 Heartland Conference Championship and league Coach of the Year awardee. Then, the Roadrunners associate head volleyball coach is Pete Hoyer. Coach Pete Hoyer is the 2001 Atlantic 10 Coach of the Year. Finally, completing the coaching staff is Dominique Gonzalez, the assistant volleyball coach.
