The University of South Florida Women’s Volleyball Elite Camp is open to high-level female volleyball players in the graduating classes of 2017, 20018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. It is both an overnight and commuter camp that will run from July 23 until July 25. Additionally, this 3-day high-level training program will take place at the Sun Dome Arena on the University of South Florida campus. The University of South Florida women’s volleyball coaching staff will be on hand facilitating the program. Moreover, the event will provide the campers a feel for what it is like to be a college athlete.
The University of South Florida is a public, coeducational, space-grant university in Tampa, Florida. It is the state of Florida’s fourth largest university. The University of South Florida is a proud member of the State University System of Florida. It is also part of the Southeastern Universities Research Association. Currently, the university is serving around 31,500 undergraduate students. This undergraduate student population has a 46 percent male and 54 percent female students gender distribution. The University of South Florida is also among the nation’s top universities. As a matter of fact, it is 140th in National Universities category of the 2018 edition of the US News and World Reports Best College rankings. It is also 89th in the Best Colleges for Veterans category. In sports, the university is competing in the American Athletic Conference of the NCAA Division I as the Bulls. Their identity colors are green and gold.
University of South Florida Women’s Volleyball Elite Camp Organizers
Head Coach Courtney Draper, a native of Lisle, Illinois, is leading the University of South Florida Bulls since July of 2012. She is the 2011 Sunshine State Conference Coach of the Year and the 2011 American Volleyball Coaches Association South Region Coach of the Year. Then, the Bulls women’s volleyball assistant coaches are Travers Green and Benavia Jenkins. The team’s volunteer assistant coach is Sloane Green. And finally, Imran Niazi is the director of volleyball operations.
