Join the University of South Carolina Women’s Volleyball Elite Skills Academy on the 17th and 31st of January. This training program is available for girls 15 to 18 years old with at least four years of varsity or club playing experience. Its venue is the University of South Carolina’s top-notch Carolina Volleyball Center. Additionally, this elite skills volleyball training program provides an opportunity for exceptional players to showcase their skills. It also focuses on refining and advancing technical and tactical knowledge. Moreover, running this program is the University of South Carolina women’s volleyball coaching staff. Its current players will also attend and help facilitate the event.

Leading the University of South Carolina Gamecocks women’s volleyball team is Head Coach Tom Mendoza, a native of Buffalo Grove, Illinois. He is the 2017 Big South Coach of the Year and the 2017 American Volleyball Coaches Association Southeast Region Coach of the Year. Then, the Gamecocks volleyball assistant coach is Shonda Cole. Keith Scruggs is the team’s strength and conditioning coach and Jenn Herod is the athletic trainer. Maddie Hills is the graduate assistant. And finally, Megan Mendoza is the director of volleyball operations.
