The University of Northern Iowa, originally the Iowa State Normal School, is a public, coeducational university in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Overall, the university has an accreditation from the Higher Learning Commission. It is a member of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities, the American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education, and the Council of Graduate Schools in the United States. The head coach of the University of Northern Iowa Panthers women’s volleyball team is Bobbi Petersen, a native of Dike, Iowa. She is a five-time Missouri Valley Conference Coach of the Year Awardee. Then, the Panthers women’s volleyball assistant coaches are Kim Davis and Kalani Mahi. Chelsea Lowe is the assistant athletic trainer and Mathieu Castello is the strength and conditioning coach. Finally, Michelle Coulter is the director of volleyball operations.
