Join the University of Minnesota Morris Volleyball High Performance Camp on July 23 to July 25. It is both a commuter and overnight camp for girls in grade 10 up to grade 12. It will take place at the University of Minnesota Morris campus. Furthermore, this training program focuses on the development of the basic as well as high-level individual skills. It also provides the attendees a feel of how it is to train and compete like a college athlete. Sessions will also cover strength and conditioning and nutrition. Additionally, this program is under the direction of the University of Minnesota Morris women’s volleyball coaching staff. Registration fee includes a free camp t-shirt.

University of Minnesota Morris Volleyball High Performance Camp Organizers
Lauren Torvi is the head coach of the University of Minnesota Morris Cougars women’s volleyball team. The 2017 season is her second year at the reins of the Cougars volleyball program. Ultimate, Coach Lauren Torvi is the 2011 New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference Player of the Year. Then, the team’s assistant coaches are Heather Montonye, Mike Bryant, and Ali Kuusisto. Finally, Hanna Kennedy is the volunteer student assistant coach.
