The University of Georgia Women’s Volleyball Elite Overnight Camp is open to all girls in grade 8 up to grade 12. It is a 3-day training program that will run from July 7 up to July 9. It will take place at the Ramsey Center Volleyball Arena in the University of Georgia campus. The program aims to provide an opportunity for players who aspire to play at the college level. The sessions will focus on areas of serving, receiving, passing, setting, attacking, and blocking. Additionally, the program will accept both residential and commuter registrants. The program is tentatively set to start at 10:00 AM on Day 1 and end at 12:30 PM on Day 3.

The head coach of the University of Georgia women’s volleyball program is Tom Black. Hailing from California, Coach Tom Black is now in his 7th year at the helm of the university’s women’s volleyball team. In addition, Coach Black is the 2006 Tachikara/AVCA D-II Pacific Region Coach of the Year. Then, the team’s assistant coaches are Aaron Benning and Felicia Arriola. Carlos Torres is the volunteer assistant coach. The director of volleyball operations is David Dantes while the athletic trainer is Jubilee Price. Finally, Sean Hayes is the strength and conditioning coach.
