Sign-up for the Rhode Island College Women’s Volleyball Summer Camp. It is a five-day training program that will run from August 6 until August 10. It is open for both boys and girls 7 to 15 years of age. The venue is the Rhode Island College’s leading-edge facilities, Murray Center and Recreation Center. Furthermore, the event offers the participants with training instructions that will meet their age and skill level. The participants will also enjoy the on-court drills and games. In addition, this summer volleyball camp will be under the supervision of the Rhode Island College women’s volleyball coaching staff. Registration fee includes a free camp t-shirt.
Rhode Island College, formerly Rhode Island College of Education, is a public, coeducational college in Providence, Rhode Island. Rhode Island College Women’s Volleyball Summer Camp Organizers
Sherri Heard, a native of Coventry, Rhode Island is the new head coach of the Rhode Island College Anchorwomen’s volleyball team. She is the Anchorwomen’s former assistant coach and recruiting coordinator. Coach Heard also an Anchorwoman during her college days is also a college volleyball standout. In fact, she is the college’s fifth all-time leader in career blocks. She is also the college’s ninth all-time leader in hitting percentage. Additionally, Coach Heard is a Rhode Island College alumna with a bachelor’s degree in health and physical education.
