The Pacific University Oregon Women’s Volleyball Advanced Skills Camp is a 2-day training program that will run from August 1 until August 2. It is inviting all and any girls in grade 9 and up who desire to try out and play at the collegiate level. Additionally, this training program is also an opportunity to improve in specific areas of the game. It emphasizes high-level techniques for serving, receiving, passing, setting, attacking, defense and blocking. Moreover, this program will take place at the Pacific University Oregon campus. Running the training program is the university’s women’s volleyball coaching staff and players.
The Pacific University Oregon is a private, coeducational, non-profit university in Forest Grove, Oregon. Its campus is in a suburban area. The university is using a semester-base academic calendar. Pacific University Oregon Women’s Volleyball Advanced Skills Camp Organizers
Head Coach Kip Yoshimura, a native of San Jose, California, is leading the Pacific University Oregon Boxers women’s volleyball team. He is a 6-time American Volleyball Coaches Association Pacific Northwest Region Coach of the Year awardee. Furthermore, Coach Kip Yoshimura is a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering graduate from Long Beach State University. Then, the Boxers women’s volleyball assistant coaches are Aquiles Montoya and Alexa Basauri. Both Coach Montoya and Coach Basauri are in their 1st season with the coaching staff.
