The Kalamazoo College will be holding its Kalamazoo College Hornets Women’s Volleyball Camp. It is a 4-day training program from the August 7 to August 10. The Morning Camp which will run from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM is for girls in grades 4 up to 6. Meanwhile, the Afternoon Camp which will run from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM is for girls in grade 7 and grade 8. This volleyball camp is a perfect venue to enjoy and learn the fundamentals of attacking, passing, digging, setting, serving, and defending. It will also introduce the concepts of team defense and team offense. Furthermore, the Kalamazoo College women’s volleyball coaching staff will be running this special training event.

Kalamazoo College Hornets Women’s Volleyball Camp Organizers
Leading the Kalamazoo College Hornets women’s volleyball team is Head Coach Jeanne Hess. The 2017-2018 season will be her 34th year at the reins of the women’s volleyball program. Under her guidance, the Hornets has already 5 MIAA Championships and 5 NCAA Tournament appearances. In addition, Coach Hess is a 2-time Midwest Region Coach of the Year awardee. Then, the Hornets women’s volleyball assistant coaches are Colleen Leonard and Scott Mais.
