Join the Colorado College Women’s Volleyball Tigers Prospect Camp on July 21 to July 23. It is open to all high school girls with varsity or club playing experience. It will take place at the state-of-the-art Reid Arena on the Colorado College campus. Additionally, this program seeks to further enhance fundamental skills as well as in-game tactics knowledge. However, it is the ideal venue to showcase exceptional volleyball skills in front of the college’s coaches and recruiting staff. It will also be an encouraging experience for athletes to step out of their comfort zone and achieve their full potential.
Colorado College is a private, coeducational, liberal arts college near the Rocky Mountains in Colorado Springs, Colorado. It is a member of the Associated Colleges of the Midwest and the Annapolis Group. The academic institution is one of the country’s best. Then, 34th in Best Value Schools. It is 2nd in Most Innovative Schools ranking, too. Currently, Colorado College is accommodating around 2,100 undergraduate students. It has 16 athletics varsity teams. And, they call themselves the Tigers. They are competing in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference of the National Collegiate Athletic Association Division III. The college’s official colors are black and gold.
Colorado College Women’s Volleyball Tigers Prospect Camp Organizers
The head coach of the Colorado College Tigers women’s volleyball team is Rick Swan, a Colorado Springs native. He is a four-time Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Coach of the Year awardee. Coach Swan is also the 2011 West Region Coach of the Year and the 1996 Colorado Springs Gazette, Denver Post and Rocky Mountain News Coach of the Year. Then, the Tigers women’s volleyball assistant coaches are Vanessa Gemignani and Wayne Wetherby. And finally, completing the coaching staff is Bruno Chateau the volunteer assistant coach.
