Join the Alfred University Saxons Women’s Volleyball Residential Camp from July 17 to July 20. It is open to all high school female volleyball players with varsity or club playing experience. The training program is going to take place at the leading-edge Galanis Family Arena in the McLane Center. In addition, this four-day residential volleyball camp will provide individual skills development sessions in combination with team concepts. There will also be competitive matches that will allow participants to display their exceptional volleyball skills. Moreover, lodging for the campers will be at the Alfred University residence halls.
Alfred University, originally the Select School, is a private, coeducational university in Alfred, New York. It comprises five colleges and schools. Namely, they are the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the College of Professional Studies, the Inamori School of Engineering, the Graduate School, and the School of Business. Overall, Alfred University has an accreditation from the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. The university’s current undergraduate student population is more or less 1,800. It is also serving more or less 300 postgraduate students. Furthermore, Alfred University is 48th in Regional Universities North of the 2018 US News and World Reports Best Colleges rankings. Alfred University Saxons Women’s Volleyball Residential Camp Organizers
The head coach of the Alfred University Saxons women’s volleyball team is Dakota Pruiss. She is a State University of New York at Potsdam alumna. Coach Dakota Pruiss is also a master’s degree in mathematics graduate from the same university. Then, the Saxons women’s assistant volleyball coach is Mike Honeycutt. He is the 2015 and 2016 Conference Coach of the Year awardee. Coach Mike Honeycutt is also the 2017 Region Coach of the Year awardee. Finally, completing the Saxons women’s volleyball coaching staff is Diana Lang, the team manager.
