Join the Grand Valley State University Women’s Volleyball Elite Prospect Camp on July 9 and July 10. It is a commuter and overnight camp for all prospective women’s college volleyball athletes. Its venue is the Grand Valley State University’s premier Fieldhouse Arena. Furthermore, this two-day high-level training program offers an opportunity for participants to experience a collegiate-level training environment. It focuses on refining techniques and understanding of the tactical game. Additionally, it also offers an opportunity to train under the tutelage of one of NCAA’s top volleyball coaching staff. Head Coach Deanne Scanlon is leading the Grand Valley State University Lakers women’s volleyball team. The 2017 season is her 27th season at the helm of the university’s women’s volleyball program. Ultimately, Coach Scanlon is a five-time Midwest/Great Lakes Region Coach of the Year. She is also a four-time Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Coach of the Year. Then, the Lakers women’s associate volleyball head coach is Jason Johnson. He is now in his 19th season with the coaching staff. Finally, Abby Aiken and Steve Bailey are the assistant coaches.
