The Oklahoma Baptist University Women’s Volleyball Elite Boarding Camp is going to be from July 12 until July 14. It is inviting all female volleyball players in grade 10 up to grade 12. This training program is open to both commuter and boarder campers. In addition, this three-day volleyball camp features high-level and challenging drills that will refine passing, hitting, blocking, defensive and offensive systems, setting and serving techniques. The training program will also feature competitive games and scrimmages. Moreover, running this event is the Oklahoma Baptist University women’s volleyball coaching staff. Check-in will begin at 6:30 PM in the Noble Complex lobby.

In athletics, Oklahoma Baptist University is participating in the Great American Conference of the National Collegiate Athletic Association Division II. They call themselves the Bisons while green and gold are their official colors.

The head coach of the Oklahoma Baptist University women’s volleyball team is Anna Howle. She is a three-time Sooner Athletic Conference Coach of the Year awardee. Coach Howle is also the 2012 American Volleyball Coaches Association Midsouth Region Coach of the Year. Additionally, Coach Howle is a Masters of Education graduate from Oklahoma. Then, Bisons women’s volleyball assistant coach is Fredrick Wagner. Finally, the team’s graduate assistant coaches are Shekinah Sharpe and Sierra Veracruz.
